Our food
At Gursha Ethiopian Kitchen, we prepare a wide range of vegetarian dishes using lentils, potatoes, carrots, and greens, and for our meat dishes, you can select from chicken and beef. Of course, you can eat each bite with our homemade injera – the unique Ethiopian flatbread made from tiny grains of teff.
CHICKEN TIBS (SPICYor MILD)
Tender cubed chicken breast simmered in red onion, garlic, bell pepper, tomato and spiced butter.
A combination of lentils, cabbage with carrots , greens, beets with potatoes, and split—peas.
VEGGIE/VEGEN COMBO
Tofu, with mixed veggies, garlic, bell pepper, and special berbera sauce.
